All of the staff from the office staff to the techs have been outstanding. Our current tech thats has serviced our unit the past 3 years has been John S. ,He is very Professional,Patient and Knowledgeable of all things pertaining to our unit.He answers all questions and explains what's wrong if any issue is found with our unit .We always refer friends and family to this local Snyder's Cooling and Heating .
